Monica Keogh M.Ed., M.A.

Monica Keogh is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a special interest in the psychological and emotional aspects of managing medical conditions and healthcare challenges, whether as a patient, caregiver, or healthcare provider. Monica works with both those receiving healthcare and those providing it – physicians, nurses, support staff, and caregivers. These roles can easily make us vulnerable to stress, depression, anxiety, grief and/or burnout. Monica also works with teens and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, panic attacks, stress, grief and loss, and life transitions.

As a therapist, Monica provides a supportive space to help people navigate these challenges, empowering them to achieve greater well-being and personal growth. She works collaboratively with clients to address both immediate concerns and deeper emotional patterns. Monica offers a compassionate and evidence-based approach to support the growth and healing of her clients, drawing on a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies. Her goal is to support, educate, and empower clients so that they can feel good and thrive in their daily lives, relationships, roles, and careers.

Monica has both Master of Arts and Master of Education degrees in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University’s Teachers College. Prior to joining Moorestown Integrative Wellness, she worked in outpatient settings that included community clinics, a college counseling center, and private practices. She has also worked within a university hospital system helping patients and their families navigate care. She is currently receiving training in general biofeedback.
